User Types

User Type	Description
agent	A staff or team member that can assist patients or providers.
application	A generic identifier for automated processes or services.
clientadministrator	An administrative account used to access reports, groups, eligibility, among other management capabilities.
counselor	A licensed behavioral health provider (i.e. social workers, counselors, psychologists, etc.). These individuals can treat patients, but are not licensed to prescribe medications.
medicalpractitioner	A medical doctor (MD) who can treat patients and prescribe medications if necessary.
member	A user that can access one or more of WellVia's services and request treatment from a provider. Members are synonymous with patients.
nurse	A medical professional that can access and assist with clinical needs, but cannot treat patients.
