Questionnaire Question Type

Question Type	Description
open	A free-text response that only has 1 response, and must match the number of characters allowed (Minimum 1, Maximum 200 means the response can't exceed 200 characters and must be at least 1).
strict	Has an allowable number of responses and must match the allowable answers. (I.e. 1 allowed response, Yes, No. Or Multiple choice).
